Point anonymous users at Agent Arka_*_x64-setup.exe on the public release, and keep the Linux/WSL curl installer as the web-dashboard path.

Public curl|bash path for the daemon + browser UI at :4545.
Binaries ship as release assets on this repo (private agent-arka
source stays private).
