(custom-skill-prompt + custom-skill-python).

Each README documents the component's purpose, configuration,
and usage based on its TOML definition.

Adding a New Agent

  1. Create agents/<name>/agent.toml
  2. Ensure name matches the directory name
  3. Run python scripts/validate.py
  4. Submit a PR
